Free Shipping:

Exclusions:
Free shipping does not apply to items over 8 feet in length, special order items, and certain light fixtures with package sizes that incur a length surcharge from all carriers.
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping; please reach out to us directly or via email for purchases to these locations.
Please be aware that we do not ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands, and international shipping is not available.

Delivery Timeline:
We aim to deliver most orders within 2-5 business days. Orders are shipped from multiple warehouses across the country, allowing us to minimize delivery times. Many customers receive their orders in just 2 days.

Damaged or Missing Packages:
Please report any damaged or missing items within 7 days of delivery. If the shipping box shows visible damage, we suggest having the delivery driver note the damage and taking immediate photos for documentation. We are not responsible for issues not reported within this 7-day window.
