Refund policy

Easy Return
You have 15 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return process, please contact us.

Certain types of goods cannot be returned. These include Special Order, Made To Order, and Custom Products. Additionally, some Clearance and Outlet items may also be non-returnable.

Restocking Fees
If your return is due to an error in handling or shipping, you will not be charged a restocking fee. In certain cases, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. This typically includes orders for non-stock items and large volume drop-ship orders. If you have concerns about potential restocking fees before placing your order, please contact us to do a test order and some basic details about your order. We will provide you with a definitive answer regarding any applicable fees. We will not cover return shipping cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We're glad to exchange your unused merchandise. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please specify this in your return request. Please note that no items will be shipped for an exchange without your explicit approval prior to shipping.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your return is approved, we will process your refund promptly. A credit will then be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
